Circulation of Library Materials


  1. The clients may check out the books following the rules in the circulation of library materials;
  2. Students may borrow and photocopy some information from the book and other printed materials provided, one must leave their library card;
  3. Students are allowed to borrow three books at a time;
  4. Schedules in borrowing books for overnight starts at 3:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. and it should be returned the following morning until 9:30 A.M.
  5. For fiction books, it can be borrowed for one (1) week renewable if there is no demand by another client.
  6. Reserve books may be borrowed for overnight, provided he/she must return immediately at 8:00 am of the following day;
  7. Journals, Magazines, Newspapers, Vertical File materials, General References such as: encyclopedias, dictionaries, almanacs, atlases & yearbook are to be read within the library only. Loaned out for home use are not allowed;
  8. The unpublished materials such as Thesis and Dissertation are for library use only. Photocopy of information form this materials are not allowed.
